In this six week program, participants will learn new tips to improve their health, one step at a time. Anyone living with a chronic condition, or a family member, friend or caregiver is welcome. The Belgrade Regional Health Center (4 Clement Way) is holding an information session, open to the public, at 6 PM on Wednesday, June 23, 2010.
