The health center has been serving people from Belgrade and surrounding towns since 1977. We offer a variety of primary care services to 2,500 of our neighbors from birth through retirement and beyond. Our team includes medical providers and a behavioral health consultant, as well as clinical and administrative support staff. Our providers maintain strong relationships with MaineGeneral Medical Center where our patients seek hospital services if needed. We work closely with a community board and a patient advisory committee who provide local feedback and ongoing recommendations for improvement.

Our health center is located in Central Maine in a region renowned for a chain of seven lakes, spectacular views of fields and forests, and alluring villages.We are within an hour of Maine’s mountains, coastlines and largest city, so recreational and scenic opportunities await in all directions.
